Assembly

Figure A-1 shows a finished three-sensor probe. Your probe may require more

or less than three sensors at different spacing.

FIGURE A-2. Probe Rod Top

Remove the probe rod from the access tube by removing the plug on one end of

the tube. The plug can be removed by shaking the tube vertically such that the

rod internally hammers on the plug and eventually dislodges it. Identify the

“top” as indicated in Figure A-2.
